Marias place was such a great stay! It’s only about a 5-7 walk to the bars so no car is needed when going out. The buildings rooftop infinity pool was amazing with such a beautiful pool. We did utilize the gym in the building which has nice machines. The only downside was that there was no air ventilation so you do work up a sweat very quickly. The unit itself was great. Each room had ceiling fans and the entire place has air conditioning. Overall, we will definitely stay here again!

My family and I love this area and always stay in Los Muertos. This was our first time at this condo. It is absolutely modern and beautiful. It had every amenity you need. Shopping and restaurants were a minutes walk. The only downside was the shower would go from piping hot to cold. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would stay there again.

While the public spaces are not completed (pool bar, restaurant, etc.) with a number of construction workers in elevators, Maria's condo unit was ready and perfect for the 3 of us. She met us at check-in. The unit is pristine and beautiful. Any problems or questions we had were quickly responded to and resolved. SoHo is further from the beach, but closer to the many bars, restaurants and spa that we have frequented over the years. We would stay again.

This place was amazing and was just like the pictures, super clean, spotless, ac is super nice, beds are comfortable and overall, we enjoyed staying here. I recommend taking a walk all around for a clear view of puerto Vallarta . Is just beautiful. It is very safe walking day or night. Security on the property were very nice and were there all the time. The pool is amazingly beautiful and stunning view of the ocean and surrounding areas. We will come back to this place next year.

Maria & Derek were amazing hosts - always responsive and helpful!
This is a nice place to stay. The area is quiet, safe and in walking distance to everything in the area.
The hosts were helpful and knowledgeable of the area and provided great recommendations.
I will definitely choose this place the next time I am in Puerto Vallarta.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at D’Terrace and will definitely be back. Our Unit was beautiful and kept impeccably clean. It was in a great location. Short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, malecon, and bars. Maria was a wonderful host. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating.

A beautiful modern property in the quiet section of the Romantic Zone. The two bedroom property was spacious, well lit with a beautiful view from the balcony. The roof deck had amazing 360 degree views of Puerto Vallarta. Large kitchen with all the amenities, well stocked bathrooms and large flat screen in every room. One of the best Airbnb properties we have stayed at. Thank you Derek and Maria.

Primero que nada el lugar nos encantó tienen una terraza y una alberca increíble de las mejores de Puerto Vallarta, un lugar totalmente céntrico para salir, turismo, artesanías y cercas del malecón. Sin duda volvería a regresar a Vallarta y hospedarme. María Aurea siempre estuvo al pendiente y fue muy flexible con mi llegada ya que yo llegue hacer check in temprano, el lugar cumple totalmente con la descripción y las fotos. El edificio aun no esta en su totalidad, pero sin duda es un top de 5 estrellas.

El lugar es divino, la azotea tiene una vista espectacular, amenidades excelentes. Ahorita están en proceso de termino de construcción el edificio pero el departamento todo muy bien equipado, con lo necesario. María siempre muy atenta a todas mis dudas y preguntas. El único detalle es que el internet fallaba para la habitación principal, pero fuera de eso todo muy bien. Sin duda me quedaría otra vez con ustedes y más días.

Maria was great to work with and made me and my friends feel right at home. Helped us arrange transportation from the airport as well. The condo is great and super close to all the downtown attractions along with many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
