Marias place was such a great stay! It’s only about a 5-7 walk to the bars so no car is needed when going out. The buildings rooftop infinity pool was amazing with such a beautiful pool. We did utilize the gym in the building which has nice machines. The only downside was that there was no air ventilation so you do work up a sweat very quickly. The unit itself was great. Each room had ceiling fans and the entire place has air conditioning. Overall, we will definitely stay here again!

While the public spaces are not completed (pool bar, restaurant, etc.) with a number of construction workers in elevators, Maria's condo unit was ready and perfect for the 3 of us. She met us at check-in. The unit is pristine and beautiful. Any problems or questions we had were quickly responded to and resolved. SoHo is further from the beach, but closer to the many bars, restaurants and spa that we have frequented over the years. We would stay again.

Primero que nada el lugar nos encantó tienen una terraza y una alberca increíble de las mejores de Puerto Vallarta, un lugar totalmente céntrico para salir, turismo, artesanías y cercas del malecón. Sin duda volvería a regresar a Vallarta y hospedarme. María Aurea siempre estuvo al pendiente y fue muy flexible con mi llegada ya que yo llegue hacer check in temprano, el lugar cumple totalmente con la descripción y las fotos. El edificio aun no esta en su totalidad, pero sin duda es un top de 5 estrellas.
