This modern city living plan concept offers 2bd/2ba with flex space to convert the second bedroom into an expanded living area when not being used for sleeping. The Semi-private elevator is only shared by the neighboring unit The massive patio has sea and city views with al fresco dining area and plenty of seating to enjoy the amazing sunsets.

Additional unit cleaning is provided on request with 24 hour notice for an additional per visit fee. Arrivals after 7 pm will incur a 1000 peso late check-in fee.

As the name SOHOPV invokes we are in the heart of PV's Romantic Zone 1/2 a block from the newest bars/lounges and ACT2PV venue. A short 5 blocks from the beach and Malecon. Nido de Aguila (the Eagles Nest) is just off the bustling, Basilio Badillo and Insurgents intersection. Full of restaurants, galleries, shopping, night clubs, lounges and bars the area has to offer.

Marias place was such a great stay! It’s only about a 5-7 walk to the bars so no car is needed when going out. The buildings rooftop infinity pool was amazing with such a beautiful pool. We did utilize the gym in the building which has nice machines. The only downside was that there was no air ventilation so you do work up a sweat very quickly. The unit itself was great. Each room had ceiling fans and the entire place has air conditioning. Overall, we will definitely stay here again!

While the public spaces are not completed (pool bar, restaurant, etc.) with a number of construction workers in elevators, Maria's condo unit was ready and perfect for the 3 of us. She met us at check-in. The unit is pristine and beautiful. Any problems or questions we had were quickly responded to and resolved. SoHo is further from the beach, but closer to the many bars, restaurants and spa that we have frequented over the years. We would stay again.

Walkable! The street level lobby elevator on Insurgentes takes you 1/2 a block from Basilio Badillo the main road in the Romantic Zone. 5 blocks West is the beach and Malecon. Going off the Romantic Zone or Centro areas? Take an Uber or Taxi (negotiate fare before getting in) Exploring and renting a car? We provide a dedicated covered parking spot for your convenience.
