Our building is a unique design with Luxury in mind. The Lobby, Rooftop Terrace, Infinity pool, Wet bar area, Firepit, Gym, interior condo is a modern luxury design, appointments and convenances. Enjoy the romantic private balcony jacuzzi, with dimmable lighting, fan, bar and table seating to take in the sea and town views, almost nightly fireworks. Set back off the street, north facing the condo is quiet and relaxing after a day at the beach, exploring the town, or nightlife. The condo has dedicated parking space should you have a car during your stay, but everything in the Romantic Zone to Centro is easily walkable. We strive go above and beyond with 6 day a week maid/cleaning service, concierge services to arrange private transportation, private chef, initial stocking of the unit, even medical house calls if needed. We provide initial stock of shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and water to enhance your stay. Experience our amazing rooftop terrace where you can enjoy relaxation with a delightful swim in the Infinity pool with a spectacular unobstructed 180-degree view of the entire Banderas Bay area and of course our unbelievable sunsets. Spaces are created with nature integration in mind to maximize comfort.

We are located in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. The famous Los Muertos Beach is 1 Block away from your building, along with the picturesque Los Muertos pier. The Malecon/Boardwalk, Centro, restaurants, bars, clubs, galleries, shopping of all kinds are in easy walking distance from the condo. No cabs/Uber needed unless you want to go off the Romantic Zone/Centro area.

Un departamento de buen nivel y decoración de buen gusto. El edificio está ubicado en una calle tranquila pero cerca de las atracciones principales de la Zona Romántica y se puede ir caminando a muchos sitios: cafés, restaurantes, bares, clubes de playa, etc. El lugar es pet friendly, y mi perrito y yo estuvimos muy a gusto. El edificio muy bonito, con una terraza roof top y con una excelente vista a la bahía y los atardeceres. Tiene jacuzzi y alberca climatizados y otras comodidades. Los anfitriones siempre atentos para apoyar en cualquier necesidad o requerimiento de los huéspedes. Rafael CDMX .
