Our building is a unique design with Luxury in mind. The Lobby, Rooftop Terrace, Infinity pool, Wet bar area, Firepit, Gym, interior condo is a modern luxury design, appointments and convenances. Enjoy the romantic private balcony jacuzzi, with dimmable lighting, fan, bar and table seating to take in the sea and town views, almost nightly fireworks. Set back off the street, north facing the condo is quiet and relaxing after a day at the beach, exploring the town, or nightlife. The condo has dedicated parking space should you have a car during your stay, but everything in the Romantic Zone to Centro is easily walkable. We strive go above and beyond with 6 day a week maid/cleaning service, concierge services to arrange private transportation, private chef, initial stocking of the unit, even medical house calls if needed. We provide initial stock of shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and water to enhance your stay. Experience our amazing rooftop terrace where you can enjoy relaxation with a delightful swim in the Infinity pool with a spectacular unobstructed 180-degree view of the entire Banderas Bay area and of course our unbelievable sunsets. Spaces are created with nature integration in mind to maximize comfort.

1 block from Playa Los Muertos. Winter is coming why not fly south stay warm and dry in the lap of modern luxury in the heart of Gay Vallarta. Amazing roof top views, private in room Jacuzzi, beautiful patio views, private parking space. Hidden quiet relaxation just steps away from all the local action and famous beaches. "IMPORTANT INFORMATION" Please read before you book. Our HOA and administration has informed that our rooftop tile needs an emergency repair do to water filtration on our PH units. Since work will be happening on rooftop, HOA has also included repairment in pool and Jacuzzis. This work is scheduled to start on May 26, 2025. The re-estimated duration of the tile and pool repairment is approximately 9 weeks, projected to now end on July 31 st, 2025. On week 4 our pool and Jacuzzis will by completely closed. The only available amenity on rooftop for our guests to use is the Gym. We are open to accommodate our guests during this time but please consider that you may experience noise during working hours, 6 days a week. If you book during this time, you are accepting the conditions and are not eligible to any compensations, refunds, discounts or complaints regarding the noise or rooftop repairs. As a thank you for your stay during this time, we have decided to drop our rates since an important amenity (pool) will not be available. No cabs/Uber needed unless you want to go off the Romantic Zone/Centro area.

My family and I love this area and always stay in Los Muertos. This was our first time at this condo. It is absolutely modern and beautiful. It had every amenity you need. Shopping and restaurants were a minutes walk. The only downside was the shower would go from piping hot to cold. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would stay there again.

This place was amazing and was just like the pictures, super clean, spotless, ac is super nice, beds are comfortable and overall, we enjoyed staying here. I recommend taking a walk all around for a clear view of puerto Vallarta . Is just beautiful. It is very safe walking day or night. Security on the property were very nice and were there all the time. The pool is amazingly beautiful and stunning view of the ocean and surrounding areas. We will come back to this place next year.

Maria & Derek were amazing hosts - always responsive and helpful! This is a nice place to stay. The area is quiet, safe and in walking distance to everything in the area. The hosts were helpful and knowledgeable of the area and provided great recommendations. I will definitely choose this place the next time I am in Puerto Vallarta.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at D’Terrace and will definitely be back. Our Unit was beautiful and kept impeccably clean. It was in a great location. Short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, malecon, and bars. Maria was a wonderful host. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating.

A beautiful modern property in the quiet section of the Romantic Zone. The two bedroom property was spacious, well lit with a beautiful view from the balcony. The roof deck had amazing 360 degree views of Puerto Vallarta. Large kitchen with all the amenities, well stocked bathrooms and large flat screen in every room. One of the best Airbnb properties we have stayed at. Thank you Derek and Maria.

Maria’s condo was super awesome! It was tucked away but so close to all the things: beach, restaurants, supermarket. The rooftop pool was top notch with an awesome view, and the balcony with the hot tub got plenty of use too. We brought our 1 year old along with us and it was much easier thanks to this amazing place. Extra points for the daily cleaning service and very welcoming on site staff. Would highly recommend!

The condo itself is a decent size with a balcony that has views of the distant water. It is well appointed with all the basics and is a spacious enough to actually fill two bedrooms although I was solo. The building itself is a fairly newer construction mid tier condo building (I wouldn’t call it luxury- there is no restaurant, no bar, and front desk is staffed only during daytime hours) located central to romantic zone and a short walk to everything you could possibly need to get to downtown including the beach. There is a staffed entrance with good security, a basic rooftop pool and a small gym with some machines and weights under 60lbs. It was a great deal for 200/night.

This place is in a great location, surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops and next to the malecón. I loved the balcony where we spent most of our time. Although we didn’t use the jacuzzi in the balcony we hang out in the pool on the roof top that had an incredible view. Maria Aurea was very attentive and communicative. Thank you !

Perfect location in the Romantic Zone. Had an amazing time here. When we first booked it we were concerned that it would be to far away from the beach and excitement. This was close to everything. 5 min walk to beach, bars and dinning. Will definitely book this again.
